As part of our information security program, we have a response program in place to respond to any suspected or detected unauthorized accesses to customer information. In the event of a confirmed incident affecting a card issuing bank’s customers, we would follow our response plan and notify the card association, the card issuing bank and law enforcement as soon as the nature of the incident and what customer information has been accessed or misused has been identified.
